Online ordering is specifically for New Zealand addresses. Delivery times depend on how and when you order. Normally, orders are dispatched the next working day. For North Island customers, this means you should receive your order within 2-4 working days. For South Island customers, this means you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. If you have not received your delivery within these time frames please email us or phone us on 027 273 3615.
You must make sure that the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if you ask us to deliver to a work address) because we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We cannot take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you, or because you have not chosen a safe delivery address. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you, or, if you are to arrange delivery, when the goods are available for collection by you.
If an item you have ordered online is out of stock you will be notified. You will then have the option of waiting for delivery once back in stock or to have your order payment refunded.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. The charges quoted on our website are subject to change from time to time and relate to New Zealand deliveries only. For overseas orders please contact your local distributor/retailer or email us directly on email@example.com. I would say Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted through DPS/Payment Express.
All returns must be suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged while being returned to us.
Damaged or incorrect order delivery be replaced, if possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund the item in the same form that payment was made.
